Property Information

In the upper right hand corner of the Property Address section of the Property Info tab, you will find a house icon. If the house icon is greyed out, the address is not written the same way it appears in public records. If the house icon is not greyed out, the icon can be selected for more property information.

Click on the house icon to open the Property Information screen with the public record data.

If the option is available to you, when you click on the house icon, the Geomni Roof Report will be displayed along with the Public Record Data. (Note: if the house icon is not greyed out, but the Geomni Roof Report is not showing, the Geomni roof report feature has not been enabled for your instance yet.). To enable the Geomni Roof Report feature, call the sales department, at 1-800-424-9228.

To learn about the fees associated with the Geomni Roof Report, and to review the license agreement, click the "Click here for more information" link. To request a Geomni Roof Report, Click on the Request button. A confirmation screen will appear to verify your request and let you know that after you click OK, you will be billed for the order. The request button will now be replaced with a Pending button. At this point you can close this window and continue estimating within the project. When the report becomes available for downloading, you will receive an email notifying you that the report is ready, and the Pending button will change to a Download button. Click on the Download button and your Geomni roof report will be saved to your computer as a PDF file.
